Together we decide whether this is the right clinical fit. No upsell at the end. No "let me check my schedule and get back to you." Clarity to move forward from the Introductory Call to the appropriate tier of engagement.

Payment is due on the day of service for Individual and Emergency appointments. Payment for The Intensive and The Retainer is due upon booking. A credit card is kept on file for ongoing clients. All major cards accepted. Rates are stated transparently on the Services page. No estimates, no surprises, no "call us for pricing."
payment POLICY
KHKN Group does not bill insurance. That is a structural choice. Insurance billing requires a mental health diagnosis on your medical record, which can surface during background investigations, clearance reviews, and life insurance underwriting. Private pay protects you. Superbills are available upon request (they include a diagnosis code). HSA and FSA are generally eligible.
INSURANCE/BENEFITS
A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. The time you book is held specifically for you and cannot be filled on shorter notice. Cancellations beyond the 48-hour window are charged in full. Exceptions are made for medical emergencies and family crises.
