During the Introductory Call, Kathie listens for what brings you to the conversation: what is actually happening in your family system and your professional context and why are you seeking support now? Together we decide whether this is the right fit. No upsell at the end. No "let me check my schedule and get back to you." Clarity to move forward from the Introductory Call to the appropriate tier of engagement.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. The time you book is held specifically for you and cannot be filled on shorter notice. Cancellations beyond the 48-hour window are charged in full. Exceptions are made for medical emergencies and family crises.
INSURANCE/BENEFITS
KHKN Group accepts a small number of Aetna and Medicare clients. Those spots are limited, so schedule an introductory call to ask about availability.
KHKN Group can provide you a superbill upon request for psychotherapy services.
payment POLICY
Payment is due on the day of service for Individual and Emergency appointments. Payment for The Intensive and The Retainer is due upon booking. A credit card is kept on file for ongoing clients. All major cards accepted. Rates are stated transparently on the Services page. No estimates, no surprises, no "call us for pricing."
