As a licensed professional counselor who coaches, Kathie offers practical strategies for high-achieving professionals via four tiers: Individual Sessions (90-120 min core clinical work), Emergency Sessions (90-120 min sessions booked within 24-48 hours), The Intensive (deep work for relationships at a breaking point), and The Retained Coach (concierge availability strictly limited to four clients).
